Accessed from Angle (east side) or Rhoscrowther (west side). High tide only - flat bay with shallow bottom and mud exposed at low tide. Not to be confused with West Angle Bay. Features: Point House pub, RNLI station. Wind can be pretty fluky but ok for learning.
